How to apply as a volunteer for Foothills Animal Shelter

Step 1:  Before filling out an application, please make sure to review all the general volunteer requirements  and current  volunteer opportunities .

Step 2:  Print and complete the General Volunteer Application. If you are also interested in fostering, please make sure to fill out the foster portion of the application as well.

*You may also pick up an application at the Shelter during open business hours: Monday-Friday from 11 am to 7 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm.  

Step 3:  Submit your completed application via fax, scanned e-mail or U.S. mail with attention to the Volunteer Manager. You can also submit your application in person at Foothills Animal Shelter.

NOTE:  Applicants will be contacted back via phone or e-mail by a Foothills Animal Shelter staff (or a volunteer assistant) generally within 7 business days after their application is received.
